A Case Study for the Installation of Triple-Split DC Inverter Systems to Air Condition Flats in The Collonades on Porchester Square

We have recently completed installations in The Collonades on Porchester Square; although unlisted, it lies within the Bayswater Conservation Area and is subject to planning restrictions. Our fully internal systems are the only solution available to the apartment owners.

Planned out by Cool You’s Technical Managing, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area, master bedroom and second bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
