Cool You have recently installed air conditioning in the apartments of Clarendon House, Strathearn Place W2, a grade II-listed building.

Clarendon House is a classic stucco-fronted grade II listed building on the Hyde Park Estate. Because of its listed status, the property is subject to planning restrictions. Our fully internal air conditioning systems were the only effective air conditioning solution available to the apartment owners. After the installation, the apartments were left spotless and beautifully air-conditioned. In each case, a single multi-split internal condenser was installed in a utility cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This configuration efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout each apartment.
