Air Conditioning In Brunel House, East Greenwich
We are excited to share that we have successfully installed advanced internal air conditioning systems at Brunel House. This building is a modern apartment building on Christchurch Way in East Greenwich. These systems improved the comfort of the owner’s living space and promoted a healthier indoor environment.
This project aligns with the latest trends in many new London apartment buildings. It features an expansive open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space enhanced by large windows.
While these design elements allow for plenty of natural light and create an airy ambience, they can also result in significant heat buildup, making it uncomfortable for residents, particularly during the warmer months.
To address this challenge, we carried out a comprehensive video site survey to understand the specific needs of each apartment. Based on this assessment, Savva, Cool You’s Managing Director, carefully crafted the air conditioning layout to create a comfortable home working environment.
Understanding the importance of minimising disruption, our specialist installation team, known for their efficiency, completed each retrofit in just one day. The team ensured a quick and smooth service.
The installation involved discreetly placing a single internal condenser under the kitchen sink, with all pipework cleverly hidden within the roof void. This design choice keeps the internal components out of sight, maintaining the visual appeal of the living space. The internal condensers are linked to sleek high-wall units that seamlessly blend with the modern interiors. These are strategically positioned in the kitchen/living/dining areas to provide excellent temperature regulation and counteract heat buildup throughout the home.
For these apartments, a typical install would be:
● A cutting-edge DC Inverter Internal Condenser that powers a whisper-quiet High Wall Room Unit. This allows residents to enjoy a comfortable climate without intrusive noise.
