Air Conditioning In Brunel House, East Greenwich

We have recently completed installations of our fully internal air conditioning in Brunel House, an apartment building situated on Christchurch Way, East Greenwich. Like many new developments in London, these apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows. These contribute to considerable heat build-up and make the environment uncomfortable for the owners.

After a video site survey, the systems were planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva. He had to accommodate the need for a more comfortable home working environment in the apartments. Our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed under the kitchen sink, and pipework was concealed in the roof void. The internal condensers serve as a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout.
