    Cool You have successfully completed two days of internal air conditioning installation at Montagu Mansions. This Victorian Mansion Block is located in Marylebone.

    Cool You worked with the apartment owner to find a solution to air conditioning in several rooms on this beautiful property. The building is within the confines of the Portman Estate Conservation area. Although unlisted, the mansion block is viewed as a building of merit and is subject to similar restrictions as a listed building.

    To overcome this, we specified our fully internal wall-mounted air conditioning systems that required no external work and were connected to the apartments’ services.

    This was a detailed project in an apartment that had already been completely renovated. Cool You worked with the client’s marble and ceramic specialists to ensure that all internal finishes were sympathetically reproduced.

    We installed our unique air conditioning systems, known for their energy efficiency and discrete design, in the main bedroom suite and the home office.

    The installation was meticulously planned to cause minimum disruption for our client. The two air conditioning systems were fully installed in two working days, ensuring a smooth process. No planning permission was required for the installation of this air conditioning system.

    1 x 3.85kw Internal Water Condensing Unit
