Two water-cooled condensers were installed in the storage cupboard. These serviced two energy-efficient, quiet, and environmentally friendly high-wall units in the open-plan kitchen/living room area and the master bedroom.
Our technical team connected the refrigerant pipework between the condensers and the room units using the apartment’s ceiling void, ensuring all the pipework was concealed. Throughout the installation, we took great care to minimise disruption to the existing decoration, providing a comfortable experience for the owners.
No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in these apartments.
