See how we installed Dual-Split internal air conditioning systems to air condition apartments in The Cooper Building

We have recently completed installations in The Cooper Building, an iconic modern apartment building part of the City Wharf development. The apartment has super views over the Wenlock Basin, part of the Regents Canal Conservation Area. All the apartments have a dual-aspect with an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. Extensive glazing contributes to significant heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the hallway cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom.
