Air Conditioning a Townhouse in Putney With our Fully Internal Water Cooled System

We recently installed air conditioning in a modern riverside 3-storey townhouse in the Carrara Wharf development, close to Putney High Street and Fulham.

Due to planning restrictions, the property owner was not allowed to fit a traditional external condenser or drill holes in the building’s external walls.

Providing a solution to these restrictions, we proposed the installation of our internal condenser air conditioning system. With this system, everything is contained within the apartment.

To install this system within the property, we installed a triple internal water-cooled DC Inverter condenser behind the washing machine in the utility room. This was linked to quiet DC inverter high wall units in the kitchen/dining room, the living room and the master bedroom.

Our engineers ran the refrigerant pipework through all three floors, from the condenser to the room units, with minimal disruption to the existing decor. The majority of the pipework was installed behind false walls.

As with most of our air conditioning systems, no planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems on this property.
