The building was originally the Bryant and May match factory and developed into apartments during the 1980s. The building is Grade II listed and subject to planning restrictions. Our fully internal air-conditioning systems are the only solution for the owners of this apartment.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in a kitchen cupboard serving the room unit in the upstairs mezzanine sleeping zone. The cool air falls, cooling the open plan living/kitchen/dining area. One room unit was sufficient to neutralise the heat build-up throughout efficiently.
