Cool You have successfully installed air conditioning in several three-bedroom apartments within The Landau, a prestigious residential apartment development in Fulham. The owners desired air conditioning but were restricted from installing a traditional external condenser box or drilling holes in the building’s external walls.
We provided a solution with our energy-efficient DC inverter water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning system, keeping everything within the property. Four water-cooled internal condensers were efficiently installed in the boiler room area, serving energy-efficient quiet DC inverter high-wall units in the open-plan kitchen/living room and all three bedrooms.
Our technical team seamlessly connected and concealed the refrigerant pipework between the condensers and the room units through adjoining walls and ceiling voids, ensuring minimal disruption to the existing decor within the apartment.
No planning permission was required for our air conditioning systems.
