We have recently completed several installations in this contemporary apartment riverside development, part of the Battersea Reach complex overlooking the River Thames. The apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a large glass area that contributes to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva (after video site surveys), our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
