It is only 30 seconds from Tower Bridge, close to the River Thames and London Bridge station, so opening the windows is impractical due to traffic noise and pollution.
The owners could not fit a traditional external condenser box or drill holes in the building’s walls.
Our internal condenser air conditioning system, a practical and efficient cooling solution, was the most appropriate for this property. It effectively addresses the heat issue while keeping everything within the apartment, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience for the owners.
A water-cooled internal condenser was installed within the kitchen units and linked to a quiet and energy-efficient DC inverter high wall unit in the living room area.
Our experienced engineers, committed to providing the best service, ensured the installation process was as nonintrusive as possible. They connected the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit within a false wall, minimizing disruption to the existing decor. The installation took one day in all cases.
No planning permission was required to fit our air conditioning systems in this apartment, making the process even more straightforward for the owners.

1 x 3.5kw (12,000btu) DC Inverter cooling high wall unit
