We have recently completed installations in this newly constructed apartment building, 9C Apartments, part of the XY Apartments, situated in the vibrant Kings Cross area. Like many new developments in London, these apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard. This condenser serves a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralises the heat build-up.
