A case study for the installation of fully internal air con systems to air condition apartments in the Eagle Point building
We have recently completed several installations in Eagle Point, a recently built apartment building on City Road, an art deco-inspired development. All the apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with multiple windows that contribute to considerable solar gain and heat build-up.
Our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout each apartment.
