The Installation of AC Systems in the Porteus Apartments Building

We have recently completed installations in this peaceful apartment development set within a gated development close to Fulham Broadway. The apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a large glass area that contributes to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva (after a video site survey), our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area, master bedroom and second bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
