A Case Study For a Fully Internal Water-Cooled Air Conditioning in Boardwalk Place
Cool You has installed water-cooled air conditioning within an apartment at Boardwalk Place, Canary Wharf, London, as part of a refurbishment.
As with many apartment buildings, the owner could not fit a traditional external condenser box. He was not allowed to drill any holes in the building’s external walls. The best solution for the owner was our internal condenser air conditioning system, which allows everything to be retained within the apartment.
Cool You worked alongside the client’s contractors refurbishing this 10-year-old apartment.
The internal condensers were installed in the apartments’ hall utility cupboard. Boxed in custom built shelf and condensers and connected to the apartments’ services
Three quiet high-wall units were fitted in the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. All pipework was installed within the ceiling void.
No planning permission was required to fit our internal water-cooled air conditioning systems.

3 x High Wall Air Conditioning Units
