We recently installed air conditioning in Bennets Courtyard. The apartment is in an award-winning development next to the River Wandle in southwest London. Due to building regulations, the owner was prohibited from installing a traditional external condenser box. Nor could they drill holes in the external walls. To address this, we implemented our state-of-the-art internal condenser water-cooled air conditioning system, allowing for a seamless installation within the apartment.

The water condenser was strategically placed in the apartment’s bathroom utility cupboard and seamlessly connected to the water system. Additionally, a superior-quality high-wall unit was meticulously installed above a wardrobe in the master bedroom. Given the location of the utility cupboard in the bathroom adjacent to the air-conditioned room, we could discreetly run the pipework through the ceiling void, ensuring a concealed and integrated system.

Our internal condenser water-cooled air conditioning system offers superior convenience and is cost-effective. No planning permission is required for this standard apartment installation, which comes at a competitive price of £4,650 + VAT.
