Retrofitting Apartment Air Conditioning In Two Fifty One Southwark Bridge Road

We have recently completed the air conditioning installation within a newly purchased apartment in Two Fifty One Southwark Bridge Road.

This new mixed-use development on Southwark Bridge Road in Elephant & Castle is typical of many high-rise apartment buildings in which we install our air con systems. Quite a few are close to this building, including the Strata Building and One The Elephant.

The client’s south-facing flat is situated relatively high in this 41-storey building, with superb views over London. The combination of a south-facing vista and floor-to-ceiling windows meant the flat got incredibly warm.

To air-condition the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area:
A whisper-quiet 5.3kW (18,000 Btu/h) High Wall Unit beside the front door.
The 5.3kW (18,000 Btu/h) mono internal condenser was discretely hidden in the utility cupboard.

This installation used our most popular fully internal system. Designed specifically for London apartments using state-of-the-art, energy-efficient DC inverter technology and Environmentally Friendly R32 refrigerant. This system also has our Wi-Fi module connected to our iFeel temperature control app.

Our client went from having a sizeable open-plan apartment that was unlivable in the summer to a home he can now enjoy all year round.
