This apartment building was built in the late 19th Century and is located in the Kensington Court Conservation Area, and is subject to planning restrictions. Our fully internal systems are the only solution available to the apartment owners.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in a cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. This was sufficient to efficiently neutralise the heat build-up throughout.
