A case study highlighting our air con installations in Adriatic Apartments, a contemporary dockside apartment development

We have recently completed several installations in this dockside apartment building. All the apartments have a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with full-width windows contributing to considerable solar gain and heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard. For most apartments, we specified one room unit as sufficient to efficiently neutralise the heat build-up throughout.
