The prices shown for Cool You’s loft conversion air conditioning systems are per room. The price includes the entire supply, installation, commissioning, bullet-proof 5-year parts, and labour warranty - subject to a signed ongoing maintenance agreement.
Our maintenance costs per visit are £165+VAT (£198 inc. VAT) for a single unit, then £55+VAT (£66 inc. VAT) per additional unit. The first maintenance is scheduled six months after installation and then yearly.
In many cases, a single system can eliminate the heat build-up in your loft- we never over-specify.
Whether you decide to do one or all rooms, we will provide you with a single appropriately sized condenser that allows you full independent control of each room.
