The prices shown for Cool You’s loft conversion air conditioning systems are per room. The price includes the entire supply, installation, commissioning, bullet-proof 5-year parts, and labour warranty - subject to a signed ongoing maintenance agreement.
Our maintenance costs per visit are £175+VAT (£210 inc. VAT) for a single unit, then £65+VAT (£78 inc. VAT) per additional unit. The first maintenance is scheduled six months after installation and then yearly.
