If you’re happy with our assessment after the property survey, we’ll send over a written proposal. The proposal gives you a clear outline of all of our intended plans. This is simply a written version of what we have already told you in person to ensure you fully understand the process. Rest assured, there are no hidden conditions in the proposal.  It lays out the total cost of the installation with complete transparency.

We genuinely care about our customers and seek to build a strong bond with them. We will never be deceitful or add on any extra costs. If you’re happy with the proposal, you can put down a deposit so that the exciting part can begin. We will start constructing the solutions as they are meticulously tailored to suit your apartment, ensuring you will have the cool and comfortable home you want.

Day of installation

The big day has finally arrived. You will soon have a well-conditioned apartment to relax in and enjoy.

Like every step in the process, we tailor the installation around your plans. You can choose the best day for us to come and fit the internal air conditioning systems. You will be surprised at how quick the installation is. We will arrive as early as 8 a.m. and aim to be finished by 4-5 p.m., depending on the intricacies of the building.

The installation may take longer if your apartment requires more than two systems. Our professional team can complete the task as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every Cool You worker aims for perfection, and we endeavour to place your units in a discreet location.

There will be no disruption to your room decor. The devices will seamlessly blend into the aesthetic of your apartment, and you won’t even realise that they are there. Before we leave, we will give you a full demonstration of operating the remote system until you’re comfortable operating it independently.

Aftercare

We want you to love your Cool You solution forever. This is why we provide exemplary aftercare service, ensuring that your air conditioning system remains in top condition and you continue to enjoy its benefits for years to come.

We will send you a maintenance agreement. This clearly outlines how much it costs to maintain the units and how often this is required. A fully qualified engineer will service your unit after six months and then yearly. If you agree to our maintenance, you can enjoy a five-year warranty. This will provide you with a sense of security, knowing that your air conditioning system will remain in working order for years to come, allowing you to enjoy a cool summer and a well-conditioned winter.

You won’t need to remember the next maintenance date. We will ring you to remind you of the upcoming visit so you can choose a date and time that best suits you.

A customer for life

We consider every customer a valued member of the Cool You family. Your machines have been installed, but the Cool You client process is ongoing. We consider you more as a friend than a paying customer. You will have access to our private phone numbers, which you can call anytime if you have a query about your air conditioning solutions.
