We’re excited to share that we’ve completed the installation of our advanced internal air conditioning systems in the Exchange Building. A beautifully transformed commercial space on Commercial Street E1. Each apartment boasts a spacious open-plan design for the kitchen, living, and dining areas, complemented by large windows. While these windows enhance the aesthetic appeal, they tend to trap significant heat during the warmer months.

Under the expert guidance of our Managing Director, Savva, our skilled installation team, known for their in-depth knowledge and technical expertise, completed each retrofit air conditioning installation in just one day. We prioritised maintaining a seamless experience for residents. This ensures minimal disruption to their daily routines and demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We strategically placed a single internal condenser discreetly in the hall cupboard of each apartment. This design choice maximises living space while providing effective climate control. The internal condenser works alongside a modern, sleek, high-wall unit located in the kitchen/living/dining area. This setup effectively combats heat build-up, creating a consistently comfortable environment in every apartment.

What is included with our internal air conditioning systems

Typically, we provide a cutting-edge DC inverter internal condenser for these installations. This system operates efficiently and is environmentally friendly. It dynamically adjusts its cooling output to meet real-time temperature needs, optimising energy consumption. Our whisper-quiet high wall room unit integrates seamlessly into the contemporary decor of the open-plan living spaces. This ensures optimal cooling performance without interrupting the ambience or daily activities within the apartment.
