Our team installed an energy-efficient, fully internal air conditioning system at the esteemed Dickens Yard development near Ealing Broadway in West London. We overcame challenges posed by restrictions on external condenser boxes and drilling holes in the building’s external walls by creating a solution that involved implementing an internal condenser air conditioning system containing all components within the confines of the apartment.
Specifically, we installed a water-cooled condenser in the washing machine cupboard, strategically positioning it to optimise space utilisation. Additionally, we supplied an energy-efficient, quiet DC inverter high wall unit in the open-plan kitchen/living room area, ensuring optimal climate control without compromising noise levels.
Our team’s technical expertise was evident in the seamless connection of the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit through an adjoining wall. This ensured minimal disruption to the existing decor and a hassle-free installation process for the apartment owners.
Notably, our installation did not require any planning permission, simplifying the process for the apartment owners and resulting in a seamless and stress-free experience.

1 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter water cooled condenser
1 x 3.5kw (12,000 Btu) DC Inverter cooling high wall unit
