Installing Apartment Air Conditioning Systems in Cornwall Gardens, a Listed Building

This stucco-fronted grade II listed apartment building is within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Due to its listed status, the property is subject to planning restrictions, so our fully internal systems are the only solution available to the apartment owners.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in a utility cupboard serving the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. This was sufficient to neutralise the heat build-up throughout efficiently.
