How we Retro-Fitted Air Conditioning Without an External Condenser in Several Apartments in Aquarelle House
We recently retro-fitted air conditioning in Aquarelle House, a contemporary apartment building just off City Road’s new Angel underground station. The apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a large glass area, contributing to considerable heat build-up.
Our specialist team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
For these apartments a typical install would be:
● A state-of-the-art dual-split DC Inverter Internal Condenser that serves whisper-quiet High Wall Room Units in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom.
