We have recently completed the installation of our fully internal air conditioning systems in 43-45 East Smithfield, a newly completed apartment building situated on the City of London, Wapping, and Tower Hill fringes. Like many new developments in London, these apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. A single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard in each case. The internal condenser in each apartment serves a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout our clients’ homes.
