Internal Air Conditioning Maintenance – so, your Cool You fully internal air conditioner is finally installed. You’re living the dream of a nice, cool apartment or flat. Now what? How often does an internal air conditioner need to be maintained?

Internal air conditioning maintenance is carried out in-house by our fully trained team. They are trained and used to working on our internal systems.
Frequency depends on your particular apartment and the system’s use. The first maintenance appointment happens three to six months after installing your internal air conditioner. After that, it’s yearly.
Ongoing Maintenance Costs
All Air Conditioning Installation Costs shown are per room. They include the total supply and installation, commissioning, and a bullet-proof 6-year parts and labour warranty—subject to a signed ongoing maintenance agreement.
Domestic Maintenance Costs
Our maintenance costs per visit are £175+VAT (£210 inc.VAT) for a single unit, then £65+VAT (£78 inc.VAT) per additional unit. The first maintenance is scheduled six months after installation and then yearly.
We also provide a 24-hour helpline. Should any issues arise with your internal system, or you have a question about something between maintenance visits. We’ll be able to help you at any time.
