In many cases, just a single system can eliminate the heat build-up in your apartment - we never over-specify. Whether you decide to do one or all rooms, we will provide you with a single appropriately sized condenser that allows you full independent control of each room.
Every time we up-size the condenser to add an additional unit, the condenser becomes more sophisticated and complex and more than doubles in price, hence why we charge on a per-room basis. This is not a cost-saving exercise; it's a space-saving exercise.

Domestic Maintenance Costs
Our maintenance costs per visit are £175+VAT (£210 inc.VAT) for a single unit, then £65+VAT (£78 inc.VAT) per additional unit. The first maintenance is scheduled six months after installation and then yearly.Commercial Maintenance Costs
