Our water-cooled internal condenser solutions have the same quality and performance as a system that has an outside condenser.

There are two main differences. The first is that ours is fitted internally to the building. The second is that we use fresh cold mains water to take heat away from the property.

Everything else in this solution is as you would expect from an external air conditioning unit from the refrigeration pipework to the room unit, fan coil and evaporator that provides your property with the cool air.

Our wall-mounted solutions contain a unit placed on the wall, which is where the cold air blows out. This is ideal for brand new apartments, as it can be retrofitted and installed without any hassle or mess.

Our ducted units have the same condenser and pipework, but instead of a wall mount, we use a sleek grill to blow out the cold air. This is similar to what you see in hotels.

Our ducted solutions are perfect if you’re refurbishing your apartment or home, as we can work directly with contractors to develop a solution unique to you.

Both of our solutions are whisper quiet and use the latest technology.
