Steve comes to us from a highly specialised Engineering background, with over 40 years of experience in various roles requiring due diligence and compliance.

The most recent was a Senior Radiotherapy engineer on the Oncology treatment systems at the Royal Marsden Hospital, where quality control and calibration were paramount.

Steve joined Cool You in 2018 and quickly became a significant team member. Among his many responsibilities within the company, Steve also supports the Managing Director and other members of our strong team. His engineering knowledge, experience, patience and personable skills enable him to provide advice and technical support to customers and engineers. Steve can often be found on video calls with customers, explaining how to operate their systems or diagnosing problems. Every one of our customers will, at some point during their journey, have some interaction with Steve.

Elisha has the most extensive specialist experience in air conditioning, second only to the Managing Director Savva.

Vital to the maintenance side of the business, she uses her in-depth knowledge to support our clients and the team daily. She is also integral to the installation team, providing invaluable expertise to those new to fully internal air conditioning. In addition, Elisha naturally brings professionalism and service, which are essential to the Cool You way of conducting business.

Elisha started her career within the conventional air-conditioning industry back in 2013. She is trained in IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and holds a BA Hons Degree in HR Management. Elisha has an extensive background in CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is safe and secure.

Jake brings various skills to Cool You, with a mixed background in technical, engineering, and client sales roles. In addition, Jake has several extracurricular pastimes where problem-solving, attention to detail, and careful planning are vital, which helps him in his role at Cool You.

Jake joined the Company in 2018 as a maintenance engineer. He has since worked in several departments covering maintenance visits, installations, fault finding and client meetings. As a Senior Surveyor, Jake is responsible for supporting every aspect of the business, managing new and existing clients and overseeing projects from the first meeting to the final sign-off.

In his role, Jake’s people-focused skills and technical understanding of our products and systems allow him to work closely with our clients and our multi-project builders.
Suppose you do not find Jake speaking to customers regarding their air conditioning needs. In that case, you will find him liaising with existing clients on their future projects or discussing installs with our office-based teams and engineers. He is vital in supporting our customers and ensuring positive customer outcomes for all.

Ellie is an indispensable member of the Cool You team, bringing a wealth of experience in administrative and secretarial support. With a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Ellie provides crucial support to the maintenance team.

Ellie joined Cool You in April 2023, with her ever-growing knowledge, time-keeping, and financial management making her a key asset in ensuring smooth operations.

In her role, Ellie works closely with our installation support manager, Elisha, and the team, ultimately reporting to the Managing Director, Savva, to oversee maintenance scheduling, invoicing, and customer support.

She is vital in liaising with the broader team to meet customers' needs and is instrumental in implementing and developing CRM systems to enhance customer service.
