    Retro-fitting State of the Art Fully Internal Air Con Within The Creekside Apartment Development In Greenwich, London

    Cool You UK has successfully installed state-of-the-art, fully internal air conditioning systems within the Creekside apartment development in Greenwich, London. Over the past few years, we have installed air conditioning in many apartments in all four complexes: Adagio, The Atrium, Cavatina, and Vertex Tower.

    In light of restrictions on traditional external condenser boxes and drilling holes in the building’s external walls, we introduced water-cooled internal condenser air conditioning systems, revolutionising the air conditioning setup within the apartments.

    Our meticulously designed air conditioning systems offer unparalleled convenience. We strategically placed condensers in the hall utility cupboards, connected to the services, and installed a quiet high-wall unit in each apartment’s kitchen/living area, exemplifying our commitment to seamless integration.

    Furthermore, the utility cupboards’ proximity to the air-conditioned rooms facilitated pipework running through the ceiling voids. We also incorporated provisions for a future installation of a second unit, minimising disruptions to living spaces. Moreover, it’s important to note that obtaining planning permission was not necessary to install these air conditioning systems, streamlining the process for the residents.

    For these projects, we installed:

    1 x 7kw (24,000 Btu) Internal Water Condensing Unit
    1 x7kw (24,000 Btu) High Wall Air Conditioning Unit
