The apartment building limits the installation of external air conditioning condensers and drilling holes in its external walls. To effectively tackle these constraints, we have implemented an internal condenser air conditioning system, ensuring everything remains within the apartment without fitting an external condenser or drilling through the building’s external walls.

As part of this installation, a water-cooled internal condenser was placed in the kitchen and linked to a quiet DC inverter high wall unit in the master bedroom. Our engineers meticulously ran the refrigerant pipework between the condenser and the room unit with minimal disruption to the existing décor. The system is also impeccably designed for easy maintenance, ensuring its reliability and longevity. The installation of the system took one-day.
