A Case Study Highlighting our Fully Internal Air Conditioning Systems in Illumina House, a Modern Apartment in Wandsworth

We have recently completed several installations in this modern apartment building. All the apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, as you can see in the photographs, that contribute to considerable heat build-up through solar gain.

In our most recent installation, Savva, Cool You’s Managing Director, conducted a video site survey to work around the client’s work commitments. Our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day with minimal disruption for the owners.

In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility room, and all the pipework was concealed in the ceiling void. The internal condenser serves a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralised the heat build-up throughout each apartment.
