    We have recently completed several installations in 4b Tyers Gate, a warehouse conversion. The building is not listed but is located within the Bermondsey Street Conservation Area and is subject to planning restrictions. All the apartments have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with substantial windows contributing to heat build-up.

    Our specialist installation team completed each retrofit installation in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case,  an internal condenser was installed in the hallway cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom.
