The Installation of a Dual-split Internal AC System to Air Condition Apartments Within Ability Place, Canary Wharf

How do we air condition apartments within Ability Place? We have recently completed installations in this impressive contemporary apartment building. Ability Place overlooks the waters of the Millwall Inner Dock, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Like many contemporary apartments, Ability Place has large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass. This contributes to considerable heat build-up through solar gain.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva (after video site surveys), our specialist install team completed each retrofit install in one day. There was minimal disruption for the owners. The ceiling voids were used for the system pipework, leaving them out of sight, and their apartments were left spotless. In each case, an internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard serving a wall-mounted room unit in the kitchen/living/dining area and master bedroom. This combination gave a perfect temperature throughout the apartments.
