Air Conditioning Flats in the Capital Building Located in Embassy Gardens

We have recently completed installations in this newly completed apartment building, part of Embassy Gardens, situated in Nine Elms. Like many new developments in London, these flats have an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows, contributing to considerable heat build-up.

Planned out by Cool You’s Managing Director, Savva, after a video site survey, our specialist installation team completed each retrofit installation in one day with minimal disruption for the owners. In each case, a single internal condenser was installed in the utility cupboard, with all pipework concealed above false ceilings. The internal condenser is connected to a sleek high wall unit in the kitchen/living/dining area that efficiently neutralises the heat build-up.
